Counseling for Meaningful Connections

Finding Clarity in Complexity

Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, or a significant life transition, therapy offers a path to clarity and self-understanding. In our work together, I help you make sense of what may feel overwhelming or confusing by drawing on your own innate wisdom. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based approach I've practiced since 2017, we'll explore the different parts of yourself that may be in conflict, giving voice to each perspective so you can move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion. This approach, complemented with others, works well for individuals, couples, and adolescents alike, creating a framework for understanding the complex emotions and patterns that shape your relationships and inner life

Expanding your choice of windows through which to see your life is empowering.

Surrendering to being with what you see is self-compassion.

For a New Beginning

“In out-of-the-way places of the heart,

Where your thoughts never think to wander,

This beginning has been quietly forming,

Waiting until you were ready to emerge..."

Why Therapy?

Life has a way of becoming complicated—sometimes gradually, sometimes all at once. Whether you're facing a specific challenge, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or simply sensing that something needs to shift, therapy offers a space to pause and examine your experience with curiosity rather than judgment. It's not about having something "wrong" with you; it's about creating room to understand yourself more deeply, develop new ways of relating to difficult emotions, and find your way toward the life you want to be living. In therapy, you don't have to have it all figured out—in fact, not knowing is often where the most meaningful work begins.
